Chapter I Beginnings
Balifor has two major cities: Port Balifor and Flotsam. The latter name is appropriate not just for the city, but for the entire region as well: Port Balifor (and Flotsam, for that matter) is composed mainly of rowdy taverns and unsavory inhabitants. The most remarkable thing about these cities, aside from the filth, is the easy availability of items on the black market and the crime which takes place beneath the wharves of Port Balifor.

That's a pretty good discription but I need it in very much detail...This is a vague description....If you wanna know what I'm talking about, take a look at my character Sophie Benoit. I think I have her in deviations as prose.

no no no, i will worry about it...and what i want you to do will help you in creating stories. ^_^ Believe me, I know. I was just like you. I always had fanfics to write and characters to create. lol. anyways....If you really want a drawing....do what i did..including personality and character
